Your plan
SwarmSystem · Website Rebuild Proposal

Thirty three years of word of mouth. And you do not own the thing carrying it.

Prepared for David at Bergheim Plumbing. Spring Branch, TX.

IN SHORT
Overview · What this is

Here is the whole plan. The rest of this page is the proof.

A plan for one thing: rebuilding mybergheimplumbing.com so it brings you service work, and what that costs.

$5,500
The whole site, one price
$2,750
To start. Half now, half when it is live
6 weeks
From kickoff to live
$1,997
A month after, if you want it

What you asked for

  • More service work. Less new construction.
  • Own the website this time, instead of renting it from somebody.
  • Get the Bergheim name in front of every town you cover, Austin included.
  • Stop paying for something that has never produced a call.
  • Not have to touch any of it yourself.

What we recommend

Rebuild the site around service work, on your own hosting account, with your domain in your name. Six service pages rewritten, eight city pages including Austin, and your two homepages merged into one. The fifteen old articles come off and every one of their addresses forwards, so you start clean instead of carrying a split archive across.

After it is live, the lane we would put you on is Grow at $1,997 a month. That starts when the site does, and it is not part of what you are approving today.

Everything under this is the working. What you said, what we found, every page and what happens to it, and the money line by line.

CHECKED
Step 1 · Checking your pages

We counted every page. All 40 of them.

Pages on your site today
40
Every one of them read, not sampled.
Kept and carried over
24
Their addresses come with them, so nothing Google already trusts is lost.
Coming off the site
16
Listed one by one below, with where each address lands instead.
Written from scratch
2
Pages you do not have today.

Counted off your own sitemap, page by page.

FIXABLE
Step 2 · What's holding it back

Seven things we found. You can click every one.

What we foundSee it
A WordPress sample page has been live on your site since January 2024
It is the placeholder page WordPress creates when a site is first installed. Nobody has ever removed it, which tells you how closely your site is being watched.
/sample-page/
Your July ad is still on the front page in August
You spotted this one yourself on our call. It is still there.
/
You have two homepages
Your front page and a second copy at /home/. Both load. Google has to guess which one is real, and it splits whatever either one has earned.
/home/
You have two about pages
One at /about/ and another at /about-us/. Same problem, same cost.
/about-us/
Austin has no page. The address sends people to your front door
You named Austin as a market on our call. Anyone who lands on your Austin address gets bounced to the homepage and has to start again.
/areas-served/austin/
San Antonio sits at a different address than every other town
Six towns live under /areas-served/. San Antonio is off on its own. Google reads structure, and yours says San Antonio is not part of your service area.
/san-antonio-plumbing/
Your articles are split across two separate sections
Seven under /blog/ and eight under /news/. Two half archives instead of one that counts, and neither is linked from the other.
/blog/

Every one of these is on your site right now. The links open it.

IN SCOPE
Step 3 · Built around your goals

What you told me on the phone, turned into a plan.

What you saidWhat we are doing about it
"we just keep dumping money"Everything in this plan is a thing you keep. The site, the pages, the words, the addresses. When you stop paying us you still have all of it, which is not true of anything you are paying for today.
"I thought I owned the website"You will own this one outright from day one, on your own hosting account, with your domain in your name. We hand you the files and a one page moving guide the day you ask for them.
"we didn’t get a single call"Your water heater page exists but nothing points at it and nothing on it asks for the call. We rewrite the six service pages so each one answers what a homeowner types and puts your number in front of them.
"we just need to get get our name out and brand out there"Eight city pages, one for every town you actually work in, including Austin, which has no page today. When somebody in Boerne or Bulverde asks their phone who to call, that is what gets read.
"we wanna do more service work"The whole site gets pointed at service instead of new construction. Service pages first, homeowner questions answered, and the new build work moved off the front door.
"it’s just out of my league"You will never have to touch it. You approve two designs, read the words once, and say go. That is the whole job on your side.

Your words, not ours. We wrote them down as you said them.

ESTIMATED
Step 4 · The cost of leaving it

Nobody is watching your website. Here is how we know.

0
Calls from the water heater ad you paid for
Your words on our call.
31
Months a WordPress placeholder page has been live
Published January 2024. Still up on 10 August 2026.
4
Pages competing with a copy of themselves
Two homepages, two about pages. Estimate of the cost is not given because we will not invent one.

These are estimates and they are labelled as estimates. We will not put a number in front of you that we cannot show the working for.

ONE PRICE
Step 5 · The short version

One price. The whole site. And it is yours.

$5,500
The whole site, one price
26 pages, written and built, on your own domain
$2,750
To start
Half now, half when it is live.

2 rounds of changes are included, and anything past that is $100 an hour, quoted before we touch it.

This price holds until 2026-09-10.

Step 6b · Where the money goes

Where the money goes. All of it.

Getting you a site you actually own

Two design directions
Both built on your real pages, not a template preview. You pick one, then two rounds of changes
$600

Eight city pages including Austin

$900
A blog hub and an article template
Both designed and built empty, ready for content. Fifteen old articles retired and their addresses forwarded
$350
AI readiness and the SEO layer
The files ChatGPT, Siri and Google read when they decide who to name
$350

Every hour we bill is on this page. There is no line called miscellaneous.

INCLUDED
Step 6c · What comes with the partnership

You keep everything Google already trusts.

Two designs to choose from, built on your real pages before a word of the rest is written. 2 rounds of changes after you pick.

You own the site, the pages, the words, and the photos. It sits on your account with your domain in your name, and that is true from the first day, not after some period.

We build with AI, and that is why this costs what it costs and moves as fast as it does. The same tools stay with you afterwards, so adding a town or changing a price is something your office can do without paying anybody.

PLANNED
Step 7 · The move, without the horror story

The move, without losing what you have built.

Your current site stays up the whole time. The new one is built beside it and we only point your domain at it once you have seen it and said go.

16 pages come off the site. Their addresses do not go dark. Each one forwards to the page that replaces it, so anybody who saved a link, and Google, still land somewhere real.

Every address you have today lands somewhere. None of them are left to 404.

DECLINED
What we are not doing

We are not moving your fifteen old articles onto the new site.

Seven sit under /blog/ and eight under /news/, two archives that do not link to each other. Carrying them across would be billable work that rebuilds a split you already have. Our recommendation is to start clean. The fifteen come off, every one of their addresses forwards so nothing goes dark, and we build the hub and the article template instead. When you have something worth saying, the shape is already there and publishing it costs you nothing extra.

SCHEDULED
Step 8 · Timeline and terms

NOT YET
Step 8b · After it is live

What it costs to keep going. You are not buying it today.

You are approving a website. This is here so you can see what the month after looks like before you start, instead of finding out once you are already in it.

Stay visible
$997
a month
The site kept current, your Google listing worked every month, and two new pages or articles so it does not sit still.
  • Two new pages or articles a month, written and published for you
  • The towns you already show up in, held
  • Your Google listing posted to every week
START HERE
Grow
$1,997
a month
Everything in Stay visible, at the volume it takes to move a market. More pages, more articles, more towns, and the AI visibility work pushed hard.
  • Six new pages or articles a month
  • All eight towns worked, Austin included
  • The AI visibility work pushed hard, so the assistants name you
  • Reviews chased, so new ones keep landing
Own the market
$2,997
a month
Everything above, aimed at being the first name that comes up across Boerne, Bulverde, New Braunfels, San Antonio and Austin at the same time.
  • Twelve new pages or articles a month
  • Every town pushed at once, San Antonio and Austin included
  • Everything in Grow, at full volume

If you want to go after this market properly, Grow at $1,997 a month is the one we would put you on. The lane below it keeps the site current. The lane above it is for going after every town at once.

On every lane, done for you

You do not log in, you do not write anything, and you do not post anything. That is what done for you means here, and it is the same on all three.

You will see exactly what it is producing

Every call and every form fill is tracked back to the page that produced it. You do not have to take our word for what is working, and neither do we.

  • Call tracking on every number on the site. Recorded, and attributed to the page it came from
  • A live dashboard you open whenever you want. Not a PDF once a month
  • Which pages and which towns are producing calls, in real time
  • We tie into your CRM, so once your team marks a lead won or lost, the dashboard shows you revenue by channel, to the dollar

That last one needs two things from you: your CRM connected, and your guys marking leads won or lost. We set it up and we show them how. Without that we can show you calls and jobs, but not dollars, and we would rather say so now than show you a number nobody stands behind.

Hosting is $49 a month on your own account, and your domain stays in your name where it belongs.

Month to month, and you can stop any time. 14 days notice and it ends. No year to sign and no penalty for leaving. We would rather earn the next month than hold you to it.

YOURS
Step 9 · How we work

You own all of it. Leaving is easy.

Leave any time, fourteen days notice. We hand you the full site files and a one page moving guide, and your domain never leaves your account. Nothing goes dark because you stopped paying us.

How you judge us at day 90. Every one of these is inside our control, which is why we are willing to be held to them.
  • Every page we promised is published and you can open it
  • Every old address forwards to the page that replaced it, so nothing you have earned is lost
  • Calls and form fills are tracked, so you can see which page produced them
  • You are showing up for your own name across Google and the AI assistants
  • You have a monthly report you can read in three minutes

We will not promise you a number of calls by a date. On a site this new that is a guess, and you have probably been sold one before.

READY
The part we want you to notice

Ready when you are.

What happens when you say yes

  1. You pay the deposit on this page.
  2. We send you an onboarding call invite the same day. One hour, where we collect access and get photos of your actual crew and trucks.
  3. We start building. Week two you are looking at two designs.

Pay the deposit, $2,750, and we start

Card or bank transfer, through Stripe. Paying accepts the plan and the price on this page. A countersigned copy is available if you want one.

Your card is kept on file for the second half, which is charged the day the site goes live, and for anything you agree to after that. Nothing else is ever charged without you saying so first, and you can take the card off at any time.

Nothing happens and nothing is owed. The seven findings above are yours to keep, and you can hand them to anybody.
